2. Penjing and Topiary

First of all, this is the result of the hard work of the gardeners - "a work of art." It reflects the patience and harmony between nature and human beings. Gardeners have to patiently wait for the plants in nature to grow for a year before resting and maintaining them. When you come back to see them next year, they will still be elegant and beautiful.

3. Fountain and Cascade

The primary function of a fountain is to provide water for animals and birds. It is like a screen in nature that constantly changes the images, and like a mirror allows us to see the reflection of nature. After being quiet for a winter, it starts to make noise and is the noisiest creature in nature.

6. Sculptures

In addition to seeing various sculptures in museums and galleries, you can now see them in nature. Although they cannot be felt on the skin, the artistic beauty they present is integrated with nature.
You can stay with them quietly for a while, and they will accompany you without disturbing you.

7. Birding

Bird watching is a great activity. Some people keep birds in cages for viewing, also known as pets. But here we are chasing them in nature. No matter what, we must not forget one thing, that is, birds are always watching us.When we get close to them, they fly away, and when we leave, they fly back.Fortunately, our telescopes can help us keep a comfortable distance from each other, so we can look at each other at will.

8. Forest Bathing

Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku in Japanese, is a therapeutic practice that involves being immersed in the sights, sounds, and smells of a forest. It's a way to connect with nature and de-stress through sensory engagement.

The Japanese expression shinrin-yoku literally translates to 'forest bathing. ' It invites us to take a break from our busy lives and connect with nature. This simple act has gradually gained popularity in recent years, owing largely to its proven health benefits.
